Ya Katy is great. One of the best tracks on Mean Girls, I really felt like it brought the movie even more to life. Because I can is so good. I love this interpretation. Now I have to listen to her newer stuff ❤️

I’ve grown up listening to you… I’m 36, I was finishing my senior year when “Because I can” came out, and that album spoke to everything I felt at the time. Candy Eyed was a great follow up with some tracks that I felt were so much more about substance than being a pop hit. Unfortunately your releases have been a lot more sporadic since then, but always just what I’m feeling again. I can’t wait for a new album, I love your music Katy!!
